Margrit Mason 1938-2008 Margrit E. Mason, 70, of Havana died at 4:58 am, Sunday, March 30, 2008 at her daughter’s house in Mason City. She was born in Germany on March 30, 1938 the daughter of Joseph and Gertrud (Novaki) Hertel. Survivors are two daughters: Diane (Jeff) Oney of Mason City and Jenny Mason of Havana. Three grandchildren and many nieces and nephews. She is also survived by one sister: Christel Campa of California. Cremation rites have been accorded. There will be no services. Hurley Funeral Home in Mason City is in charge of arrangements. Memorials may be left to the American Cancer Society. Online memorials for the family may be left at www.hurleyfh.com |
