Orville B. Hamblin 94 of 508 W. Elm, PO Box 121 Kilbourne, IL died August 4, 2005 at 2:15 p.m. at the Menard Convalescent Center in Petersburg, IL. He was born on March 28, 1911 in Easton, IL. to Ernest Hamblin and Emma Jackson. He married Pauline Ada Daniels on March 8, 1936, she died October 11, 1978.

He has one son- Donald Hamblin of Kilbourne, IL and one daughter- Carroll (Dan) Mapes of Kilbourne, IL., 8 grandchildren, 21 great-grandchildren, and 3 great-great-grandchildren. He was preceeded in death by 1 sister and 1 grandson- Danny.

He was a lifetime farmer.

He was a member of Mt. Zion Baptist Church.

Services were held on August 6, 2005 at 2:00 p.m. at the Mt. Zion Baptist Church in Kilbourne, IL. with an hour before visitation at the Church.
