Peggy Joyce Ford 59 of 265 W. Hickory Hills Havana, IL. died on April 30, 2005 at 2:45 p.m. at Mason District Hospital in Havana, IL.. She was born on October 6, 1945 in Canton, IL to William W. "Wayne" Lowder and Ida Irene Peters, her father survives of Canton, IL.. She married Richard W. Ford on November 27, 1991 in Lewistown, IL., he survives.

She has one daughter- Trisha Smith of Havana, IL., one son- JR Smith of Bath, IL., 3 step daughters- Misty Holloway of Norris, IL., Kristy Harr of Fairway, IL., Maxette Ratliff of Bluffs, IL., one stepson- Jason Ford of Panama City, FL., 7 step grandchildren, 3 grandchildren, and one step great-grandchild. She is also survived by one brother- William W. Lowder, Jr. of Canton, IL., and one sister- Sue Lane of Lewistown, IL.. She was preceeded in death by her mother.

She was a member of the Waterford Church of God and worked as a Surgical Tech for 26 years at the Mason District Hospital in Havana, IL..

Services were held on May 3, 2005 at the Waterford Cemetery at 11:00 a.m. with a visitation held Monday, May 2 from 6-8 p.m. at the Hurley Funeral Home in Havana, IL..
