Easton, IL - Alden R. "Dick" Barton, 69, of
15307 N. CR 2900, Easton, IL died at 6:45 am Mon. Dec. 5, 2005 at his
residence. He was born July 2, 1936 in Peoria, IL the son of Hale and Ruth
Owings Barton. He married Shirley Lynn June 14, 1957 in Easton and she
survives.
Also surviving is one son, Randy (Robin) Barton of Easton and one daughter, Denise Justice also of Easton. He has four grandchildren, Kristi Andrews, Brad Justice, Adam Barton and Hayley Barton and two great grandchildren, Benjamin Gordon and Luke Andrews. Mr. Barton was a member of the Easton United Methodist Church and farmed in the Easton area all of his life. Services will be held a 10:00 am Thurs. Dec. 8, 2005 at the Hurley Funeral Home in Havana conducted by Warren Hughes. Burial will be in the Easton Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 6 until 8 pm Wed. at the funeral home. Memorial Contributions may be made to St. Jude’s Midwest Affiliate or to Pets without Parents. |
