Arminta "Mint" Kay McKenna 1947 - 2008 Arminta “Mint” Kay McKenna, 61, of Mason City , died at 10:42 a.m. at Memorial Hospital . She was born on February 11, 1947 to Wilbur “Bill” and Freda Boyd Culler in Virginia IL. She married Murray McKenna on February 19, 1966 in Lincoln , they later divorced. He survives. Survivors are two daughters; Susan (Kevin) Clarke of Taylorville, IL , Margo (Virgil) Hudson of Lincoln, Il, one brother; Richard of Gibson City, IL, two sisters; Wanda Hatfield of Mason City and a twin sister Ann Dearth of Easton , her caretakers: Bob and Thelma Keihn of Mason City , Five grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by an infant daughter; Michelle and five brothers. Funeral Services will be Tuesday September 2, 2008 at 7:00 p.m. with Rev. Curt McCallister and Rev. Terry Sims officiating. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service at 6:00 p.m. at Hurley Funeral Home in Mason City . There will be a private burial at a later date in Mason City Cemetery . Memorials may be left to Mason City Community Chapel. |
