Havana, IL - Barbara L. Oswald, 89, of Pontiac, IL formerly of Havana died at 6:25 pm Fri. Oct. 28, 2005 at the Livingston Manor in Pontiac. She was born Oct. 22, 1916 in Peoria the daughter of Neil and Madeline Fritz DeYoung. She married Eldon H. Oswald and he preceded her in death.

She is survived by 2 sons, Edward of Pontiac and Gary of Grand Lake, CO. 1 daughter preceded her in death. Memorial service will be held at 10:30 am Sat. Nov. 5, 2005 at St. Barnabas Episcopal Church in Havana. Fr. Phillip Lewis officiating with burial in the Laurel Hill Cemetery. Memorials may be made to her church or the donor’s choice.
