Blake Kevin Whitehead

Blake Kevin Whitehead, 22, of Bath, passed away at his home at 6:47 a.m. on Friday, March 4, 2011. He was born November 9, 1988 in Jacksonville, IL to Michael and Kim (Conway) Whitehead. 

Blake is survived by his parents, of Bath, four brothers, Michael (Shana) Whitehead, of Virginia, Marcus Whitehead, of Bath, Cole (fiancee Kyla Vaughn) of Chandlerville, Dustin Whitehead of Bath as well as nephew and niece Barrett and Madalyn Whitehead of Virginia. He was preceded in death by his great-grandmother, Dinie Avery. 

Blake enjoyed four-wheeling, deer hunting and being an uncle. 

Funeral services will be held at Hurley Funeral Home in Havana at 1:00 p.m. on Monday, March 7, 2011. Visitation will be held on Sunday, March 6, 2011 from 3:00 until 6:00 p.m. Burial will follow the services at Bath Cemetery. Rev. Tom Carlock will officiate.
