Charlene E. Friedrich

Charlene E. Friedrich, 92, of Havana, passed away at 5:15 p.m. on Sunday, September 14, 2008 at Havana Health Care. She was born July 1, 1916 in Havana to Perry Lynn and Fannie Lewis. She married Paul Friedrich on April 4, 1937. He preceded her in death on May 15, 2001.

Mrs. Friedrich is survived  by two sons: John (Karen) Friedrich of Topeka and Perry (Vickie) Friedrich of Pryor, OK, 4 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren. Also surviving are one sister, Lucille Walker of Havana and special friend and companion George Bohm of Havana. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband and one daughter Mary.

Mrs. Friedrich was a member of the Central Christian Church in Havana since she was 12 years old.

Funeral services will be held at the Hurley Funeral Home in Havana on Thursday, September 18, 2008 at 11:00 a.m. with visitation one hour prior to the services. Burial will follow the services at Laurel Hill Cemetery in Havana.
