Cynthia D. Kreiling

Cynthia Diane Kreiling, 44 of Mason City, died at her residence in Mason City at 2:18 PM on January 9, 2006. She was born in Springfield, Illinois on January 15, 1961 to William and Linda (Lane) Norton. She married Daryl Kreiling in Mason City on November 12, 1983, he survives.
Mrs. Kreiling is survived by 3 sons: Jeff, Evan and Lane all of Mason City, 1 brother: Nick (Kim) Norton of Mason City, 1 sister: Nancy (Reggie) Baugher of Mason City, parents and several nieces and nephews. She was also survived by Derek Hunter, whom she had taken into her home and raised for the past year and a half. She is preceded in death by her grandparents.
Mrs. Kreiling was a member of the Mason City Christian Church where she taught Sunday school. She was employed by Illini Central Schools as a substitute secretary, Cafeteria Assistant and she started as Transportation Director in August of 2005. She was a 1979 graduate of Mason City High School. She was also the owner of the Dari Belle in Mason City. She enjoyed crocheting, cross-stitch, baking and cooking.
Funeral services for Mrs. Kreiling will be at Noon, Saturday, January 14, 2006 at the Illini Central High School Gymnasium in Mason City, with visitation 2 hours prior to service. Rev. Dustin Fulton and Rev. Bob Paddock will officiate. The burial will be at the Mason City Cemetery.
