Clyde Joseph Estep

1915 - 2010

Clyde Joseph Estep, 95, of Easton, passed away at 1:30 a.m. at his daughter’s home on Thursday, November 18, 2010. He was born April 12, 1915 in Easton, IL to Bert and Hattie (Hovey) Estep. He married Esther M. Vaughn on April 30, 1939 in Havana. She preceded him in death on June 18, 1996.

Mr. Estep is survived by one son, Larry Estep of Havana, daughter, Linda (Mike) Worthington of Easton, two grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents, wife, two brothers, Clifford and Clayton, sister, Eileen and daughter-in-law, Anne Estep.

Mr. Estep farmed around the Easton area for 53 years.

Funeral services will be held at Hurley Funeral Home in Havana at 11:00 a.m. on Monday, November 22, 2010 with visitation one hour prior to the services. Burial will follow the services at Laurel Hill Cemetery in Havana. Rev. Bill Boyce will officiate.
