Cynthia Deann McHenry

(1969 - 2005)

     Cynthia "Cindy" Deann McHenry, 36, of Petersburg died Tuesday, June 28, 2005 in Menard County.

     She was born January 30, 1969, in Springfield, IL the daughter of Robert and Pauline Smith Wethington.

     Mrs. McHenry worked at Royster Clark in Greenview for the past four years.  She was a member of the Petersburg Foursquare Gospel Church.

     Survivors: son, Wes McHenry of Petersburg; father Robert Wethington of Petersburg; mother Pauline (husband, Richard) Dixon of Petersburg; two brothers, Robert Wethington Jr. of Petersburg and Rick (wife, Tammy) Dixon of Athens; two sisters, Pam (husband Dale) Jefferies and Sheryl (husband, Ken) Wells, both of Cantrall; two grandmothers, Margie Smith of Petersburg and Anna Wethington of Athens; and several nieces and nephews.

     Services are 10 a.m. Friday July 1, 2005 at the Hurley Funeral Home in Petersburg, the Rev. Terry Rosenfield officiating. Burial will be at the Rose Hill Cemetery in Petersburg.  Visitation will be held Thursday night from 6 to 8 p.m.  memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society or the Wesley McHenry Educational Fund in care of the National Bank of Petersburg.
