Delories B. Jenkins

1933 - 2008

Topeka, IL - Delories B. Jenkins, 75, of Topeka, passed away at 3:00 pm Fri., Nov. 7, 2008 at Pekin Manor. She was born July 29, 1933 in Peoria County the daughter of Kenneth L. And Christina M. Scott Wiegand. She married Raymond O. Jenkins Oct. 27, 1953 in Peoria and he survives.

Mrs. Jenkins is survived by two daughters; Cindy Booten of Havana and Diane (Kris) Wettstein of Metamora, IL and one son, Otis R. (Beverly) Jenkins of Springfield, IL. Also surviving are seven grandchildren; Becky Behrends, Shelley Phillips, Lisa Lynn, Heather Wettstein, Kristen Wettstein, Cody Wettstein and Karrie Jenkins; five great grandchildren Corey Lindsey, Thayer Phillips, Braden Phillips, Breanna Behrends and Patience Phillips and two brothers, Raymond Wiegand of Bartonville and Ronald Wiegand of Pekin.

Visitation will be held from 5:00 until 7:00 pm Wed. Nov. 12, 2008 at the Hurley Funeral Home in Havana. Burial will take place at a later date in the Camp Butler National Cemetery in Springfield, IL. Memorial Contributions may be made to the Alzheimer Association.
