Donna Butler

(1948 - 2011)

Donna June Butler, 62, of Springfield, passed away on Wednesday, April 6, 2011 at 6:12 pm at St. John’s Hospital. She was born on November 22, 1948 in Petersburg to James W. and Laura Garvin Power. 

She is survived by two daughters, Cheryl Power and Denise Power, both of Springfield; two brothers, Wallace Power of Springfield and Mark (Reta) Power of Mason City; two sisters, Susan (Thomas) Skaggs of Petersburg and Nancy Power of Los Angeles; two grandchildren, Emily and Noah Herman of Petersburg; and several aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews. 

A brother, Bob Power; sister, Laura Hartman; and grandson, Mathew Power preceded her in death. 

She was a homemaker. 

Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, April 13, 2011 at 11:00 a.m. at Hurley Funeral Home in Petersburg. Pastor Dan Roseberry will be officiating. Visitation will be held one hour prior to the funeral services. Burial will be in Rose Hill Cemetery.
