Irene "Dot" Neteler

1933 - 2006

Havana, IL - Irene "Dot" Neteler, 92, of Havana, IL passed away at 9:20 pm Sun. May 21, 2006 at her residence. She was born Aug. 23, 1913 in Lewistown, IL the daugher of Charles and Leona Dudley. She married Clarence E. Neteler Aug. 24, 1933 in Havana, IL and he died Nov. 29, 1995.

She and her husband owned and operated the Evergreens Supper Club at Havana until their retirement.

Mrs. Neteler is survived by four nieces, Mrs. Phyllis Melgreen of Peoria, IL; Mrs. Mary Ann (Jacob) Donaho of Canton, IL; Adrianne Stewart of North Chicago, IL and Karen Mulhair of San Francisco, CA. and two nephews, Gerald (Annie) Neteler of Lake of The Ozarks, MO and David Dudley of San Francisco, CA. She was preceded in death by two brothers, William and Clark Dudley and one niece Judy Dudley.

Visitation will be held from 6 until 8 pm Wed. at the Hurley Funeral Home in Havana with cremation to follow. A private burial of the cremains will he held at a later date. Memorial contributions may be made to Cancer Research.
