Dorothy Jean Waggoner,
64, of rural
San Jose , died at Hopedale Hospital at 4:10 p.m. on
Sunday, December 24, 2006. She was born September, 20, 1942
in East
St. Louis , MO to Roy and Virginia (Schmidt) Smock.
She married Don Waggoner in
Pekin , IL on October 9, 1962. He survives.
Mrs. Waggoner is
survived by her husband of
San Jose , two daughters: Debi Waggoner of Golden, CO
and Darla ( Shannon ) Hogan of
Aurora, CO and four grandchildren: Josh and Gillian
Waggoner and Ryan and Amber Donovan and Hunter Hogan. She is
also survived by one brother, John Smock of Hammond, IN. She
was preceded in death by her parents and one son-in-law.
Mrs. Waggoner was a
graduate of
Pekin High School and a dedicated homemaker.
Cremation rites have
been accorded and there are no services planned at this
time.
