Erma Ruth Mangold 1924 - 2006 Erma Ruth Mangold, 81 of Mason City, died at 6:48pm Wednesday, November 22, 2006 at Memorial Medical Center. She was born December 18, 1924 to Percy and Mable (Bolduan) Stark in Toledo, Ohio. She married Hubert “Gene” Mangold on February 20, 1954, he survives. Survivors are, husband Hubert, one son: Gary (Barbara) Mangold of Springfield; three brothers: Russell (Joan) Stark of Grinnell, Iowa, James (Norma) Stark of Perrysburg, Ohio, Ted Stark of Holland, Ohio; two grandchildren and five step- grandchildren. Mrs. Mangold is preceded in death by: step-mother and step-daughter. Mrs. Mangold graduated High School in Toledo, Ohio; she was a member of the Christ Lutheran Chuch, she worked for Stetson’s in Lincoln and was a homemaker. There will be a private graveside service Saturday, November 25, 2006, the Rev. John Johnson officiating. Hurley Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
