Esther Lucille Waterworth

1915 - 2010

Esther Lucille Waterworth, 94, of Mason City, formerly of Clinton, IL, passed away at the Mason City Area Nursing Home at 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday, March 16, 2010. She was born April 28, 1915 in Easton to Clarence Albert and Agnes Irene (Scott)Roots. She married Charles Albert Waterworth, August 16, 1934 in Petersburg, IL. He preceded her in death in 2000.

Mrs. Waterworth is survived by daughters, Francis (James) Hardy and Barbara (Louis) Curry, 3 grandchildren and 9 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband and one daughter, Joyce (Joe) Snyder.

No public services are planned at this time. Her family will hold a celebration of Esther’s life at a later date.
