Havana, IL - Florence M. Hedrick, 79, of Havana died at 11:20 am Thurs. April 6, 2006 at the Havana Healthcare Center. She was born June 6, 1926 in DeSoto, MO the daughter of Richard Franklin and Minnie Pearl Leatha Jane Richardson Chapman. She married Gene Kriegbaum, she later married Raymond Hedrick in 1955 in Missouri and he preceded her in death Feb. 21, 1995.

She is survived by five daughters, Pauline Bailey and Leatha Prince of Havana, Rose Goetz of Fairview Hts., IL, Dorothy Agae of Belleville, IL and Peggy Routt of Paris City, MO; six sons, Dennis Hedrick of Portageville, MO, Donnie Hedrick of Lebanon, MO, Joseph Hedrick of Canton, IL, Clarence Kriegbaum of Belleville, IL, Bobby Kriegbaum and Jesse Kriegbaum both of Phoenix, AZ. Several grandchildren and great grandchildren also survive along with two brothers, Walter Chapman of Festus, MO, Dave Chapman of West Valley City, UT and Alberta Olson of Salt Lake City, NV. She was preceded in death by one son, Paul and her parents.

She was a home maker and member of the Lutheran Church.

Services will be held on Mon., April 10, 2006 at 11:00 am at St. Paul’s Lutheran Church conducted by Rev. Martin W. Liebmann with burial in the Laurel Hill Cemetery in Havana. Visitation will be held from 5 until 7 pm Sunday at the Hurley Funeral Home in Havana.
