Easton, IL - Frank Chase, Jr., 81 of Easton, IL died Wed. April 19, 2006 at the Veteran’s Administration Hospital in Danville, IL. He was born May 7, 1924 in Easton, the son of Frank and Ollie Vaughn Chase. He married Mary Helen Coppenbarger Jan 10, 1947 and she survives.

Mr. Chase was a printer with Corn Products in Pekin in for many years. He served in the US Army during WWII and was a member of Havana Post #6408 VFW.

Mr. Chase is survived by two step-sons, Charles Servis of Havana and James Servis of Chicago, IL. Five grandchildren and eight great grandchildren also survive. He was preceded in death by three brothers and one sister.

Services will be held at 2:00 pm Friday at the Hurley Funeral Home in Havana. Burial will be in the Walker’s Grove Cemetery near Easton. Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service (from 1 until 2 pm). Memorial Contributions may be made to St. Jude’s Midwest Affiliate.
