Chandlerville, IL - Gary Birdsell, 42, of Chandlerville died Thurs. Dec. 14, 2006 in Cass County He was born Dec. 5, 1964 in Cass County, the son of Fred H. and Maxine Armstrong Birdsell.

Mr Birdsell was a member of the Bethel Baptist Church in rural Chandlerville and worked as a heating and air conditioning technician. He was a graduate of Chandlerville High School.

He is survived by his mother, Maxine Birdsell of Virginia, IL; one son Rhett of Chandlerville; one brother, James (Christine) Birdsell of Ashland and three sisters, Alma (Larry) Schall of Beardstown, IL; Carolyn (J. W.) Rhea of Waukegan, IL, and Pat (Don) Bingham of Chandlerville. He was preceded in death by his father; two brothers, Tom and Fred, Jr and one nephew, Jamie.

Graveside services will be conducted at 10:00 am Wed. Dec. 20, 2006 at the Chandlerville Cemetery conducted by Rev. Duane Turley. Memorial contributions may be made to an Educational fund for his son, Rhett. Lintner-Hurley Funeral Home in Chandlerville is in charge of arrangements.
