George Daniel "Danny" Bridges

George Daniel “Danny” Bridges, 65, of Havana, passed away at 7:55 p.m. on December 25, 2009 at Memorial Medical Center in Springfield. He was born July 28, 1944 in Havana to George William and Mary Lorene (Williams) Bridges.

Mr. Bridges is survived by one daughter, Gloria Jean Pearson of California, three sisters, Lois McCoy of Roseville, IL, Vivian Towery and Rosemary Burgett, both of Havana, two brothers, Eldon Bridges of Havana and Davey Bridges of North Carolina and longtime companion Margie Lindsay of Havana. He was preceded in death by his parents and six brothers and sisters.

Cremation rites have been accorded and burial of cremains will be held at a later date at Kilbourne Cemetery.
