Grace Mibb 1930 - 2007 Chandlerville, IL - Grace Louise Mibb, 77, of Chandlerville
passed away at 3:45 pm Tues., Nov. 6, 2007 at the Mason District Hospital in
Havana. She was born March 22, 1930 in Jacksonville, IL the daughter of Mary
Marie Henry. She married Herschel O. "Polly" Mibb April 17, 1948 in Ashland, IL
and he died June 22, 1998. Mrs. Mibb worked in the title division of the Secretary of
State, State of Illinois for over 20 years. She was a member of the American
Legion Auxiliary. She is survived by three daughters; Deborah Richardson and
Janice (Bob) Whitehead both of Chanderville, Sharon (Donnie) Williams of
Carthage, MO; two sons, Harold Mibb and Samuel Mibb both of Chandlerville. Also
surviving are seven grandchildren, Kerry Kolves, Eric Mibb, Matthew Richardson,
Herschel Mibb, Bobbi Jean Carlock, Holly Smith, and Jennifer Richardson. Seven
great grandchildren also survive. She was preceded in death by her mother and
husband.
Graveside services will be held at 11:00 am Friday, Nov. 9, 2007 at the Mt.
Olive Cemetery in rural Chandlerville. Lintner-Hurley Funeral Home is in charge
