Ivy Taylor

(1911-2005)

Ivy M. Taylor of Mason City, died at 4:15 p.m. Wednesday, April 13, 2005 at Abraham Lincoln Memorial Hospital in Lincoln, IL.  She was born December 22, 1911 to John and Lilly (Lettie) Beard.  She married Franklin S. Taylor May 28, 1931. 

She is survived by one son:  Gerald Taylor of San Jose, IL; one daughter:  Bonnita Nickols of Fairhope, Alabama; and many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.  She was preceded in death by her husband, one sons: Ronald C., and 10 brothers and sisters. 

Graveside services were held at 11:00 a.m. Saturday, April 16, 2005 at Mound Cemetery in Cowden, IL.  The Rev. Kevin Bonafacius officiated.
