Vilas Jack Deushane 1928 - 2007 Vilas Jack Deushane, 79, of Havana, died at 12:46 a.m. on Thursday, December 20, 2007 at Mason District Hospital in Havana. He was born June 28, 1928 in Fulton County, IL to Vilas and Marian (Seward) Deushane. Mr. Deushane is survived by two sons: Randall Jack (Mary) Deushane of Lewistown and Jonathan Deushane of Cuba, IL; two brothers: Lawrence Deushane of St. David and Wilbur James Deushane of Lewistown, and one sister Carol (James) Wilcoxen of Lewistown. Mr. Deushane was agraduate of Lewistown High School and served in the Army from 1952 – 53. He later worked at Keystone Inc. in Bartonville in management for several years, retiring in 1988. Graveside services will be held at Cuba Cemetery at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, December 22, 2007. Fr. Phil Lewis will officiate. Online memorial messages may be left for the family at www.hurleyfh.com. Hurley Funeral Home in Havana is in charge of arrangements.
