Havana, IL - Jacqueline M. Edwards, 62, of
633 S. Orange St., Havana, IL died at 9:20 am Thurs. Dec. 22, 2005 at St.
John’s Hospital in Springfield, IL. She was born May 9, 1943 in Canton, IL
the daughter of Frank and Verla Foutch Lane. She married Bill Edwards May 9,
1962 in Havana and he survives.
Also surviving is one daughter, Stephanie Edwards of E. Peoria, IL and one son, Bill J. Edwards of Bath, IL. To sisters, Judith Fortney of Paducah, KY, and Verla Mae Brent of Springfield, IL and two brothers, Frank Lane of Lewistown, IL and James Lane of Knoxville, IL also survive. She was preceded in death by 2 brothers. She was a secretary at the Mason County Sheriff’s Department for 18 years retiring in 1998. Services will be held at 11:00 am Tues., Dec. 27, 2005 at the Hurley Funeral Home in Havana with burial in the Laurel Hill Cemetery at Havana. Visitation will be held from 6 until 8 pm Monday the the funeral home. Memorial contributions may be made to the Mason County Animal Society. |
