S. Jean Eudaily (1939-2010) S. Jean Eudaily, 70, of San Jose died at 1:42am on January 26, 2010 at Memorial Medical Center in Springfield. She was born on May 11, 1939 the daughter of Gridley and Elizabeth Hurley in Yeager, West Virginia. She married Paul (Sno Ball) Eudaily on January 23, 1954 in West Virginia. Survivors are her husband Paul; four daughters: Brenda (Dan) Hieronymus of San Jose, Lee Ann Eudaily of Virginia, Ina (Mike) Murray of Pekin, Lisa (Andy) Herbest of Tremont; one son: Paul (Kim) Eudaily of S. Pekin; eight grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. In addition to raising five children Jean worked at the local grocery store (Grahams) for many years. She also worked at the San Jose post office. From 1981-1991 SnoBall and Jean owned and operated SnoBalls Ice Cream Shop in San Jose. Jean enjoyed working in her flower gardens, taking walks, and making her special spaghetti for the family. Funeral services will be at 11:00am, on January 29, 2010 at Hurley Funeral Home in San Jose. Pastor Stephen King will officiate. Visitation will be one hour prior to service. Burial will be at Green Hill Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be left to the San Jose Fire Department.
