Joseph D. Blair, 29, of Astoria, died at 3:05 p.m. on Tuesday, October 5, 2010 at Graham Correctional Center in Hillsboro. He was born November 20, 1980 in Springfield to Connie Rich.

Mr. Blair is survived by his mother, Connie Oest, companion, Amber Banks, both of Astoria, daughter, Aireonna Blair of Beardstown, grandmother, Edith Rich of Beardstown, as well as several aunts and uncles.

Cremation rites have been accorded.

Hurley Funeral Home in Havana is in charge of arrangements.
