He married Catherine Berra at Our
lady of Mount Carmel Catholic Church, Herrin,
Illinois on December 27, 1956. His
love for her and their children remains with them.
Children: Jeanice Bleem Kaiser
(Jerry) Troy, MO; John R. Bleem (Dr. Anita Ouellette
Bleem) Fort Collins, CO; Dr. Bernard M. Bleem (Sherry Cozad Mills Bleem)
Mahomet, IL; James Cletus Bleem (Suzanne Downing Bleem) Sparta, IL; Dr. Renold
Berra Bleem
(Melanie Harris Bleem), Havana, IL.
Grandchildren: Deven, Nathan, Alissa,
Eric, Bradley John, Benjamen, Holly, Athena,
Malcolm, Samuel, Mckenna Bleem and Catrina and Jerrad Kaiser.
Two brothers, one deceased brother,
three sisters, once deceased sister.

After receiving a Masters degree at
S.I.U. Carbondale, II John was an Air Traffic Controller with the U.S. Army,
Europe.
He owned C&J's Milkyway Dairy Farms,
Walsh, IL and Catrina's Yogurt, St. Louis, MO Special activities included:
Sanitary Milk Producers, Randolph County Conservation
Board, Sparta School Board, Mid- America Dairymen Board, National Organic
Growers
Assn and Natural Food Associates, ACRES
U.S.A. and Life member of the Randolph
County
Genealogical Society.
Memorial Mass was celebrated at the
Havana Health Care Center. John requested scientific research. Burial at the San
Carlo Catholic Cemetery in Herrin, IL at a future
date.
