John J. Justice 75, of 9513 NCR 2800 E. Easton, IL. died on January 10, 2005 at 8:25 p.m. at Mason District Hospital in Havana. He was born on May 5, 1929 in Kilbourne, IL to Roy Justice and Nelda Williams. He married Della Troxell on July 2, 1949 in Petersburg, IL. and she survives.

He has two sons- Larry (Debra) Justice of Virginia, IL. and John Justice of Kilbourne, IL., two daughters Janet (Robert) Lockenour of Omaha, NE., and LuCresa (Jim) Pryor of Mason City, IL. 11 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren. Three sisters- Marjorie Stockham of Pekin, IL. Donna Dale of Allen, OK., and Shirley Justice of Havana, IL. He was preceded in death by one son- Terry, 7 brothers and 2 sisters.

He was of the Baptist Faith, a member of Mason County Farm Bureau and of Jackson Keen Legion Post #496- Mason City, IL. He Retired from Farming in 1976 worked RA Cunningham & Sons Construction Co. and Retired from Manito Investment Inc. in 1994. He was an Army veteran in WWII also.

Services were held on January 14, 2005 at Hurley Funeral Home at 10:00 a.m. with a visitation from 6-8 p.m. on Thursday, January 13 at Hurley Funeral Home in Havana.
