Karen Sue Babbs

Karen Sue Babbs, 41, of Greenview, died on Sunday, June 25, 2006 in Philadelphia, IL. She was born on December 13, 1964 in Chicago to Bill "Barlow" and Patsy Holmes Wooldridge. She married Robert "Bobby" Babbs in Petersburg on July 19, 1996.

She is survived by her husband, Robert "Bobby" Babbs of Greenview; one son, Bruce Allen Babbs of Greenview; a daughter, Victoria "Tori" Babbs of Greenview; four brothers, 

Michael (Fiancé, Susan) Wooldridge of Franklin, Dennis (Jean) Davison of Decatur, Thomas (Connie) Holmes of Ashland, and Bill (Deana) Wooldridge of Ashland; three sisters, Lois (Fiancé, John) Wooldridge of Milwaukee, Wisconsin, Kimberly (Bill) Merriman of Virginia, IL, and Della (Kenny) Ackerman of Virginia, IL.

Mrs. Babbs was a homemaker.

Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, June 28, 2006 at 10:00 am at the Hurley Funeral Home in Petersburg. Visitation will be on Tuesday, June 27, 2006 from 5 pm till 8 pm at the Hurley Funeral Home. Burial will be in Zion Cemetery in Lincoln, IL.

Memorial contributions may be made to a trust fund for her children.
