Kathryn Beard Ewers 1927 - 2006
Kathryn Beard Ewers, 79, of Greenview,
IL, died on Tuesday, October 24, 2006 at 2:45 am. She was born on January 2,
1927 in Greenview to Dr. Willis and Anna Tomlin Beard.
She is survived by one son, Thomas
Beard Ewers of Pacifica, CA; one daughter, Barbara Kathryn (Stan) Solodky of
Littleton, CO; four grandchildren, Cary Tice of Westmont, IL, Stacey (Todd)
Tice Van Vossen of Lisle, IL, and Haley and Kym Solodky of Littleton, CO.;
and one sister, Shirley (Dr. John) Davidson of Springfield, IL.
One brother, Irving Beard and one
daughter, Linda Ewers Tice, preceded her in death.
She worked for the State of Illinois
for 45 yrs as the Office Supervisor of the Illinois Prisoner Review Board.
She was a member of the Greenview United Methodist Church.
