Kelley Wayne Ferree

Kelley Wayne Ferree, 48, of Havana, passed away at 10:53 a.m. on Saturday, November 29, 2008 at Methodist Medical Center in Peoria. He was born October 25, 1960 in Havana to Kenneth and Pauline (Curless) Ferree. He married Monica French on July 20, 1991 in Bluff City.

Mr. Ferree is survived by his wife, Monica of Havana, mother Pauline (Dick) Atchley of Lewistown, one son, Kelley Dale (Holly) Ferree of Texas, four daughters, Karissa (Matt) Jones of Texas, Brittany Rogers (Chad Kellerman) of Rushville, Brandi and Brooke Ferree, both of Havana, five grandchildren, and two sisters, Julie (Stan) Miller of Canton and Laura (Greg) Unruh of Havana. He was preceded in death by his father and grandparents.

Mr. Ferree was a graduate of Havana High School and served in the US Marine Corps. He was also a member of the VFW Post #6408 Men’s Auxillary.

Funeral services will be held at the Hurley Funeral Home in Havana on Thursday, December 4, 2008 at 11:00 a.m. Visitation will be held at the funeral home on Wednesday evening from 6 – 8 p.m. Wayne Curless and Pastor Barbara Sawyer will officiate. Burial will follow the services at Bluff City Cemetery.
