Lela M. Parsons

1923-2010

Lela M. Parsons, 87, of Lincoln formerly of San Jose, IL, passed away December 14, 2010 at Abraham Lincoln Memorial Hospital.  She was born January 27, 1923 in San Jose, IL. 

Lela is survived by two sons: Gary (Lois) Arnold of Florence, AZ and Randy (Kathy) Arnold of St. Cloud MN, and one daughter: Karen Sue Arnold of St. Louis, MO.  Also surviving are nine grandchildren and 22 great grandchildren and one great-great grandchild.  She was preceded in death by three sisters. 

Lela was a member of the San Jose Christian Church.

Visitation will be Monday, December 20, 2010 from 5-7 p.m. at Hurley Funeral Home in San Jose.  A private family burial will take place on Tuesday.  Memorial contributions may be made to the Christian Village in Lincoln.  Online memorial messages may be left for the family at www.hurleyfh.com.
