Leona H. C. Bahl,85,of Havana died at Mason District Hospital on November 4, 2005 at 5:50am. She was born January 27, 1920 to Fred W. C. Bahl and Elizabeth Oest in Havana. She was never married. She is survived by many cousins. She was preceded in death by one sister Verna Bahl, her parents and one infant brother Melvin Bahl. Ms. Bahl was a member of the St. John's Lutheran Church in Bath. She worked for Nu-Way and Du Rite Laundry for 25 years and several years at Zempel Hardware. She was also a caregiver for the elderly. Services for Ms. Bahl will be on November 7,2005 at 1:00pm at Hurley Funeral Home in Havana Rev. The visitation will take place on November 6, 2005 at 4:00pm at Hurley Funeral Home in Havana. Brian Leseman will officiate. Burial will be at Laurel Hill Cemetery, following the services. Memorial contributions may be made to St. John's Lutheran Church or Mason District Hospital. |
