Lisa A. Conklin (1962-2007) Lisa A. Conklin, 44 of Mt. Pulaski died at 7:07pm, Thursday, September 6, 2007 at Abraham Lincoln Memorial Hospital. She was born November 23, 1962 the daughter of Richard and & Betty (Bagby) Sparks in Springfield. She married Ralph Conklin May 8, 1987 at the United Methodist Church in Mason City, he survives. Survivors are her mother: Betty Sparks of Mason City; one sister: Cathy (Darren) Howard of Beason, and also by her loving dog, Scooter. Mrs. Conklin graduated from Lincoln Land Community College with a degree in Nursing. She was employed at Lincoln Developmental Center in Lincoln. Services will be 11:00am, Tuesday, September 11, 2007 at Hurley Funeral Home, Rev. Stephen King will officiate. Visitation will be one hour prior to service. Memorials may be made to Parents Club of Schramm Educational Center, Pekin, IL. Hurley Funeral Home Mason City is in charge of arrangements.
