Loretta J. "Lori" Theisen, 70, of Chandlerville, passed away at St. Clare Home in Peoria Heights at 12:20 a.m. on Monday, August 02, 2010. She was born June 15, 1940 in Chicago, IL to Edward and Julia (Pacewic) Pope. She married Harold "Bud" Theisen on October 1, 1960 in Chicago. He preceded her in death on August 28, 2008.

Lori is survived by two sons, Bud (Paola) Theisen of Santiago, Chile, Dan (Kristn) Theisen of Peoria, one daughter, Julie (Brian) Klassen of St. Paul, MN, six grandchildren, 2 nieces and 10 nephews. She is also survived by two brothers, Ed Pope of Chicago and Al (Carol) Pope of Petersburg. She was preceded in death by her parents and husband.

Lori was a member of St. Patrick's Catholic Church in Havana. She had worked for 25 years at the Mason County Soil and Water Conservation District.

Funeral mass will be held at St. Patrick's Catholic Church in Havana at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, August 7, 2010. Visitation will be held at the Hurley Funeral Home in Havana from 6:00 until 8:00 p.m. on Friday, August 6, 2010. Burial will follow the services at St. Charles Cemetery in Havana. Fr. Dick Brunskill will officiate.
