Lorna Herriman 1908 - 2008 Lorna Herriman, 99, of Red Bud, IL, passed away at 10:15 p.m. on Monday, April 7, 2008 at the Red Bud Nursing Home. She was born July 22, 1908 in Brook, IN to Burgess and Sophia Galbraith. She married Max Herriman on February 15, 1930 in Brook, IN. He preceded her in death on October 7, 1964. Mrs. Herriman is survived by one daughter-in-law, Judy Herriman, of Red Bud, IL. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, one son Robert Herriman and one grandson, Douglas Herriman. Mrs. Herriman was a member of the United Church of Christ, We Ma Tuk Country Club in Cuba, IL, and Lakewood Golf Association in Bath, IL. Graveside services will be held at Laurel Hill Cemetery in Havana on Thursday, April 10, 2008 at 11:00 a.m. with Rev. Robert Smith officiating. Memorial contributions may be made to Spoon River Hospice. Online memorial messages may be left for the family at www.hurleyfh.com. Hurley Funeral Home in Havana is in charge of arrangements.
