Vivian Louise Hall Scott

Vivian Louise Hall Scott, 78 of Havana, IL died at Mason District Hospital on Friday, June 29, 2007 at 7:35 a.m. She was born November, 1, 1928 in Easton, IL to John and Vivian (Marr) Hall. She married Thomas Scott, October 15, 1949 in Havana. He died February 3, 2002.

Mrs. Scott is survived by two daughters: Cindy Scott of Bloomington and Sandy (Jim) Hausman of Godfrey, IL; two grandsons: Tommy and Matthew Hausman; five sisters: Juanita (Dale) Lacey of Havana, Charlene (Ernest) Nall of Manito, Jane (Henry) Schnoor of Mason City, Linda (Don) LaCavita of Melbourne, FL and RoseMary (Gilbert) Fletcher of Decatur. Many nieces and nephews and very good friends also survive her. All that knew her loved her and will miss her.  She was preceded in death by two sisters, Pearl Stone and Lucille (Paul) Fields.

Louise was an active member of the Havana Church of Christ where she assisted in the local blood drive until her recent illness. She was a homemaker and wonderful mother, wife, sister and friend.

Funeral services for Mrs. Scott will be held at her church on Monday, July 2, 2007 at 11:00 a.m. Visitation will be held Sunday evening from 6:00 until 8:00 p.m. at the Hurley Funeral Home in Havana. Rev. Bill Boyce and Warren Hughes will officiate. Burial will follow the services at Laurel Hill Cemetery in Havana.
