M. Lucille Whisnant, 93, of Pleasant
Plains, died Tuesday, April 17, 2007 at Memorial Medical Center in
Springfield, IL. She was born on January 11, 1914 in Tallula to William and
Lizzie Mae Murrell Dicken. She married Herschel G. Whisnant on June 30, 1937
in Tallula, IL.
Her husband and one son, Herschel Duane
Whisnant, preceded her in death.
Mrs. Whisnant was a member of the
Tallula Christian Church.
Funeral services will be held on
Saturday, April 21, 2007 at 11:00 a.m. at the Tallula Christian Church.
Visitation will be held prior to the service from 9:30 a.m. till 11:00 a.m.
Burial will be in Pleasant Plains Cemetery.
