Lincoln, IL - Mabel Dierker, 96, of Lincoln, IL formerly of Havana, IL passed away at 10:08 am Mon. Oct. 30, 2006 at her residence. She was born Feb. 27, 1910 in Mason County the daughter of August and Elizabeth Trimpe Tegedes. She married Carl H. Dierker Jan. 28, 1947 and he preceded her in death.

Mrs. Dierker was a member of St. Paul’s Lutheran Church in Havana.

She is survived by one daughter, Mary Ellen Roberts of Lincoln, IL; three sons, Charles F. Dierker of Easton, IL, Kenneth W. Dierker of Lincoln, IL and Richard C. Dierker of Holiday, FL; three grandchildren and two great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by one sister, Eda Forsythe and one brother, Walter Tegedes.

Services will be held at 11:00 am Thurs. Nov. 2, 2006 at the Hurley Funeral Home in Havana conducted by Pastor Martin W. Liebmann, Jr. Visitation will be held from 6 until 8 pm Wed. at the funeral home. Burial will be in the Laurel Hill Cemetery at Havana.
