Margaret Mary Rosenberger (1946-2009) Havana, IL - Margaret Mary Rosenberger, 63, of Havana passed away at 4:20 pm Sat., Oct. 10, 2009 at Memorial Medical Center in Springfield, IL. She was born January 25, 1946 in Mt. Sterling, IL the daughter of Lloyd T. And Mary Irene Brown Lascelles. She married Frank E. Rosenberger Aug. 19, 1967 in Havana and he survives. Mrs. Rosenberger was a member of the Central Christian Church in Havana and was affectionately know as Momma Rose to the students at Havana High School for many years as she provided meals for the football team when they were on the road. She worked for many years as a teller at the Havana National Bank. In addition to her husband she is survived by two sons; Tracy (Sheryl) Rosenberger of Normal, IL and Michael (Janet) Rosenberger of El Paso, IL, seven granddaughters and one sister, Dorothy (Jim) Reed of Chandlerville, IL. Services will be conducted at 11:00 am Wednesday; Oct. 14, 2009 at the Central Christian Church in Havana. Burial will be in the Laurel Hill Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 5:00 until 7:00 pm Tuesday at the Hurley Funeral Home in Havana. Memorial contributions may be made to the Christian Women’s Fellowship of the Central Christian Church.
