Marilee was a member of the Bath United Methodist Church and attended Trinity Lutheran Church in Peoria. She attended PARC and had many things inportant in her life including church, bowling, family, dates, dancing, singing, country music and Elvis. "Life was special" She worked at First Financial Bank, Target and Hardees, all in Peoria. She had been a student at Bath-Lynchburg High School in Bath. She was a small town girl that loved the city for the opportunities it gave her. She loved to tell people "take two aspirins and call me in the morning."

She is survived by her brother-in-law, Jeff Long of Peoria; a ½ sister, Iretta Walker of Creve Coeur; aunts and uncle, Dixie Meegge of Bath, IL and Ruth and Major Landes of Peoria, and a special friend Mike Gawitz of Peoria. She was preceded in death by her parents and two sisters, Suzanne Long and Beverly Nall.
