Marla Mae Richardson

1936 - 2011

Marla Mae Richardson, 74, of Topeka, passed away at her home at 11:55 p.m. on Saturday, March 12, 2011. She was born October 5, 1936 in Havana, to Alfred “Bud” and Mae (Hampton) Payne.

Mrs. Richardson is survived by three children, Randy (Sue) Foutch of Topeka, Robert “Bobby” Foutch of Havana and Becky Martin of Litchfield as well as seven grandchildren and twelve great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents and one brother, Robert.

Mrs. Richardson was an avid bingo player and was very active with crafts. She had worked with the elderly and senior citizens.

Funeral services will be held at the Hurley Funeral Home in Havana at 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday, March 16, 2011 with visitation one hour prior to the services. Warren Hughes will officiate. Burial will follow the services at Laurel Hill Cemetery in Havana.
