Mary Ann Smith, 47, of Bradenton , Fl., formerly of Petersburg died Thursday April 12, 2007 in Florida .

She was born August 15, 1959 , in Petersburg the daughter of John and Emily Eades Balster.  She married Jerry Justice Jr., he preceeds her in death, she later married Glenn P. Smith May 27, 2006 in Key West , Fl.

Mrs. Smith worked as bank manager for American Bank. 

Surviving are her husband Glenn of Bradenton, Fl., two sons Jerimy Justice of Tampa Fl., and Jason Justice of Ft. Meyers, Fl., One brother John (Marla) Balster of Petersburg, Il., two sisters Judy (Ed)  Doggett of Springfield, Il., and Susan Bell of Auburn, Il.

Visitation will be from 6-8 p.m. Wednesday April 18, 2007 at Hurley Funeral Home in Petersburg .  Funeral service will be 10:00 a.m. Thursday April 19, 2007 , at Hurley Funeral Home in Petersburg , the Pastor Dan Roseberry will be officiating.
