Patricia Steveson

(1944-2005)

Patricia Ann Steveson of Mason City died 10:15 A.M. Thursday, March 24, 2005 at her residence.  She was born December 14, 1944 to John and Myrtie (Patterson) Bagby.  She married Jim Steveson February 5, 1983 in Mason City. 

Survivors include her husband, Jim; two sons: Buddy Tholen of Springfield, IL and  Kevin (wife, Tara) Tholen of Springfield, IL; one daughter: Diana (husband, Scott) Martin of Charleston, IL; two step-children: Wendy Hoffman of Wisconsin and Nick Steveson of Jacksonville, IL; two brothers: Norman Bagby of Williamsville, IL and Howard Bagby of Mason City, IL; two sisters: Betty Sparks of Mason City and Dixie Bergman of Lincoln, IL; two great-aunts from Kentucky; and 10 grandchildren.  She was preceded in death by her parents, 4 sisters, and 2 brothers. 

Mrs. Steveson worked for the Secretary of States office for 17 years and was a member of the 1st Christian Church of Mason City. 

Services for Mrs. Steveson will be 2:00 p.m. Saturday, March 26, 2005 at the 1st Christian Church of Mason City.  The Rev. Dustin Fulton will be officiating with burial in Mason City Cemetery.  The visitation will be Friday, March 25, 2005 from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. at Hurley Funeral Home in Mason City.  The memorial contributions may be made to St. Judes or the 1st Christian Church of Mason City.
