Patricia Irene Amendola

Patricia Irene Amendola, 69, of Havana, formerly of Las Vegas, NV, passed away at OSF – St. Francis Medical Center in Peoria at 9:55 a.m. on Tuesday, March 01, 2011. She was born July 7, 1940 in Chicago to Stanley and Irene (Mysliwiec) Maslo. She married John Amendola on March 19, 1979.

Mrs. Amendola is survived by her husband, John, of Havana, one daughter, Cheryl L. Junge of Bartlett, IL, two step children, Lisa Amendola and James Amendola, granddaughter, Amy L. Topel, brother, Robert Maslo of Westchester, IL and two nieces, Debby and Christine Maslo. She was preceded in death by her parents.

Mrs. Amendola was a member of St. Patrick’s Catholic Church in Havana. She had worked for Clark County Nevada as a secretary and office assistant.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at St. Patrick’s Catholic Church on Friday, March 4, 2011 at 1:30 p.m. Visitation will be held at Hurley Funeral Home in Havana from 6:00 until 8:00 p.m. on Thursday evening. Burial will follow the services at Laurel Hill Cemetery in Havana. Fr. David Whiteside will officiate.
