Patrick Bernard "Bud" Kruse

Patrick Bernard “Bud” Kruse, 66, of Havana, died at Havana Health Care Center at 3:00 p.m. on Monday, December 31, 2007. He was born June 21, 1941 in Havana, IL to Harry and Louise (DeMoss) Kruse.

Mr. Kruse is survived by two sons: Patrick William Kruse  and Martin Kruse, both of Onamia, MN; sister, Nancy (Lee) Hinds of Havana.He was preceded in death by his parents, one sister; Donna Freeman, and one brother; Herbert Kruse.

Mr. Kruse had served in the Army for several years. He was a painter by trade and had most recently worked as the janitor for the Central Christian Church in Havana. He loved to travel and had lived in California and Washington before moving back to Havana.

Cremation rites have been accorded and no services have been planned at this time. Memorial contributions may be made to the Central Christian Church of Havana. Online memorial messages may be left for the family at www.hurleyfh.com.
