Havana, IL - Paul F. Jones, 85, of Havana passed away at 3:26 pm Fri. Sept. 29, 2006 at the Mason District Hospital in Havana. He was born Aug. 14, 1921 in Murrayville, IL the son of George and Effie Seymour Jones. He married Beverly V. Allen March 3, 1962 in Havana and she survives.

Mr. Jones was a veteran of the US Navy serving during WWII. He worked in the maintance department at Mason District Hospital in Havana for over 20 years until he retired due to poor health in the early 1980's.

In addition to his wife he is survived by one sister, Lucy Stillwell of Jacksonville, IL.

Private graveside services will be held at a later date at the Laurel Hill Cemetery in Havana. Memorial contributions in his name may be made to the American Heart Association.
