Peggy J. Pryor

(1944-2010)

Peggy J. Pryor, 65 of Mason City died at 9:12pm on July 19, 2010 at Memorial Medical Center in Springfield.  She was born on October 30, 1944 the daughter of Wheeler and May Pearl (Bass) Furkins in Lincoln.  She married Sherman Pryor on February 1, 1962 in Grennview, he preceded her in death in 1981.  

Survivors are one son: Bobby Pryor of Mason City; One Step-daughter: Becky (Steven) Unsworth of Auburn; Two bothers: Roger Furkins of Loami, W.C. Furkins of Mason City; Three sisters: Betty McLaughlin, Becky Lynn both of Mason City and Kay Wilcox of Michigan; several nieces and nephews.  Mrs. Pryor is preceded in death by her husband Sherman, parents, one Brother Jim, and Sisters Kathy, and baby Carol.

Services will be at 11:00am, July 23, 2010 at the Hurley Funeral Home in Mason City.  Pastor Joe Briseno will officiate.  Visitation will be one prior to service.  Burial will be at Elmwood Cemetery in Greenview.  Memorials can be left to Breast Cancer Foundation.
