Phyllis Ann Flynn, 55, of Manito, died Saturday, November 29, 2008 her residence. She was born on October 11, 1953, in Pekin, IL to Oscar Earl Sr. and Betty June Montgomery Tippett. She married Allan Scott Flynn on June 9, 2004 in Downs, IL. She is survived her husband Allan of Manito; a brother, Robert (Linda) Tippett Sr. of Alma; two sisters, Cheryl (Terry) Bridgeman of Manito and Sandy (Daniel) DeVore of Easton; a brother-in-law, Robert Harp Sr. of Manito; a sister-in-law, Charlotte Tippett of Petersburg; 6 nephews, 3 nieces, 12 great nephews, and 9 great nieces. Her parents, and a brother, James Tippett and a sister, Judith Harp-Tull preceded her in death. Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, December 3, 2008 at 1:00 pm at Hurley Funeral Home in Petersburg with Pastor Paul Griffis will officiating. Visitation will be held on Tuesday, December 2, 2008 from 6:00 pm till 8:00 pm at Hurley Funeral Home in Petersburg. Burial will be in Farmerʼs Point Cemetery. Memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society. |
